Our kitchen was looking a little dated and an update was needed. We met with four kitchen designers and three submitted proposals. I-4 Kitchen and Bath was the most detailed and professional proposal at the lowest price point. A rare combination providing real value. The owner Junior provided four different designs over time that we could chose from at no charge. No matter what changes to the design we requested the new drawing was provided in a matter of days. Junior made sure the decisions were ours aided by his advice.
We selected 1-4 Kitchen & Bath and the work began. Naturally, we were most concerned with the quality of work and speed of the project. Neither concern was justified. Junior and his excellent crew demoed and installed the new cabinets and countertops in record time. The remodel started on June 3 and was finished on August 12. This included about a three week delay waiting for delivery of the new sink. Without this delay the entire remodel would have been completed in 8-9 weeks – from the time the contracts were signed to completion.
Whenever there was a quality concern or other problem Junior worked out a plan to fix the problem that met our rather strict requirements. He monitored the progress of the project continually and visited the site when needed. We were in constant contact in person, by text/email or by phone the entire time. When we unnecessarily panicked about something Junior was a calming voice of reason and always fixed the issue.
