Orlando Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

From the start of the process of an estimate to putting in the final touches on our complete kitchen remodel, I4 Kitchen and Bath were responsive, professional, always on time and respectful of our home. The quality of work was excellent, they kept us well informed of the progress and were accurate in their estimate of time from start to finish. We had kitchen redesign with all new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances. I will recommend this company to family and friends and would definitely hire them again.

This review is long overdue but better late than never! We had a great experience with Junior and his team! We had reached out to several companies and no one wanted to give us an estimate. They kept leaving it as an open budget! Junior came in and instantly helped us figure out what options we had and gave us a realistic budget. He was very practical and had many helpful suggestions. He helped transform our kitchen which had its difficulties due to it being a home from 1928 into a nice clean functional kitchen optimizing the space. He was a pleasure to work with and his team was always punctual and very hard working. They were quick to adjust to different issues uncovered in the home. The plumbers, electricians, and construction crew were all very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely use them for projects in the future and recommend them for anyone looking to update/remodel a kitchen.

If you are looking for a fast, professional and detail oriented company to redo your kitchen and bathrooms, STOP AND USE I4 Kitchen and Bath!!! They have been the absolute best company for our entire house renovation. We got messed over by Lowes after waiting 6 months with them. After firing them we called junior and within a week half our kitchen was installed!! The way junior (the owner) helped us with this project was beyond amazing. He cares so much about the work he does. They work fast and efficiently!! All the guys he used were so friendly and did excellent work. I know Junior treats all his customers the same, but we really felt special to be his clients. The man is a workaholic and takes PRIDE IN HIS WORK. THERE ARE FEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE INTEGRITY THESE DAYS THE WAY JUNIOR DOES!!! Check out my photos of the kitchen, he did 100% of the work!

I highly recommend I4 kitchen and bath and will not be going anywhere else for my future remodel needs. I have very high standards when hiring and they met them all. During the entire process they had great communication, got started on our kitchen quickly and were done in less time than they originally told us. Design: Ana was great to work with, she took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me come up with a beautiful design. She is very thorough and had a lot of great insight on things I wouldn't have thought about but so glad she did! During construction: The crew arrived first thing in the morning and on time daily - there were no guessing games on when or if they would show up like I have had with many other contractors. I was amazed at how many people they had working on our project at one time making the process go so much faster and smoother since all the trades were there. Our project had electrical, tile work, demo, drywall, and of coarse cabinet assembly and installation. All of the trades came in timely sequence and/or were on the job with one another so it's not like you had one trade come and do a small part and leave and then wait a week for the next trade to come in and wait again and so on which we have dealt with many times and can be frustrating and time consuming. We didn't have any of those issues. The crew was also great to work with - they were professional, friendly, asked us plenty of questions along the way to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted which was huge for me. They checked with us on every detail before installing. They were also very accommodating by cleaning up afterwards and installing some of our appliciances so we could use them in the interim knowing they would have to take them back out again for the finishing touches. Final outcome: My kitchen turned about beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it! Perfect workmanship and that means a lot coming from someone who is very detail oriented. We were in constant communication during the entire process which I think sets this company apart from many others I have worked with. We have a bathroom remodel in the future and I will only be using I4 kitchen and bath.

We Are so Happy My husband and I had waited several years to install a new kitchen in our late 1960s home. For us, almost more important than the cabinets themselves, was having someone overseeing the project - the ordering and installation, as well as someone who would assist in guiding our decision making of the kitchen design. Before we met with Junior from I-4 Kitchen and Bath, we had already visited several well-known home improvement centers, as well as a couple of local kitchen cabinet companies in order to get quotes for our project. Cost wise, I-4 came in at the middle of all the places we had visited, and after meeting with Junior, we both felt that we were in good hands and could depend on him to steer us in the right direction. Now that our project is complete, we can both agree that going with I-4 Kitchen and Bath was the right decision. Junior is courteous, professional, prompt and organized. Throughout the process, every single email, phone call and text was answered promptly and designs modified many times to accommodate our needs. Junior willingly met with us at our home a number of times to discuss design ideas and he also met with me at the granite yard to help me figure out what type of counter top would work best with our cabinets. From the moment we signed the contract to the day that the installation was complete, there were no delays or surprises. What Junior promised, he delivered! We are so happy with our cabinet choice as well as with our beautiful granite counter top! We highly recommend meeting with Junior before making any decision about your new kitchen project!

A Definite 5-Star Experience We are extremely pleased with the look of our new kitchen. It looks so much nicer than we could of even imaged. When Junior first came to our house he spent time looking at our place and giving us design ideas. Then we went to his showroom where he showed us 3D views of the new kitchen. We decided to go with him because his pricing was very reasonable and his knowledge & professionalism. From there, the experience never changed. Each employee was talented, on time, organized and customer oriented. Jr surprised us by having our kitchen completed ahead of time to enjoy hosting Christmas dinner at our house. Jr came and checked on the project serval times. We would recommend I 4 K&B to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen. A definite 5-star experience.

Excellent Service and Excellent Quality Carlos was very knowledgeable and showed us around the showroom which had all the newest fashion. Junior was with us every step of the way. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) in a timely manner and without making me feel like an inconvenience. We had constant communication which is needed during a renovation. He made many excellent suggestions about appliances and fixtures for which i was very grateful. The cabinets are great quality and function very well. The kitchen design itself is perfect. Cabinets on both sides of the island so I can fit extra cooking appliances, cabinets up the 10ft ceilings for elegance and extra storage, coffee bar, drawers which surprisingly have a LOT of space for pots and pans. The quartz is from ST Stone. Junior sent me a list of local yards to pick out my stone. It was a very easy process and I absolutely love my quartz. Also very good quality. The installation crew were very nice. They also encouraged us to be involved in the process. They wanted to be sure we were happy with what they were doing. I’m very pleased with i-4 kitchen. I feel the money we invested in our kitchen was totally worth it. Excellent service and excellent quality.

I chose I-4 for my complete kitchen remodel largely because of these reviews and they did not lie. Juniors design suggestions really elevated my finished kitchen, he knows his stuff.The price for the kitchen was reasonable, but what really set I-4 apart was the quality of workmanship on the install. It was great. I basically have a kitchen that looks custom without the huge price tag. Also, any concerns I had during the process were immediately taken care of to my 100% satisfaction. I hope I never go through another major remodel but if I do I-4 will be doing the kitchen.

Extreme Gratification I-4 Kitchen never gave us any doubt as to whether they'd do a great job. Their professionalism was there right from the start of our renovation. Their work is impeccable. My wife and I still look at our new kitchen with extreme gratification.

Very Happy with Our Beautiful Kitchen! Our experience with Junior was exceptional. He listened to the details of what we would like in our new kitchen and presented us with a great design. He fine tuned the details multiple times to make sure it was just the look that we wanted. Junior was so easy to work with and very thorough. Each time we would have a question or concern throughout the process, he responded immediately. He is calm, patient and reassuring when any issues arise. He followed through on everything he told us that he would do. His expectations for quality and details are a high standard, which we loved. His team that actually installed the cabinets were professional and did a great job. Overall, we would recommend working with Junior and are very happy with our beautiful kitchen!

We Highly Recommend I-4 Kitchen I was shopping around for prices for a new remodel for my kitchen. Went to our local home improvement stores which was a waste of time. When I decided to go on Houzz and found I-4 Kitchens. We met with Junior and his designs for our new kitchen just blew our minds. Junior listened to my needs and my wants and gave me the most beautiful kitchen ever! They are very professional, on time, detailed, and customer-oriented. Junior was with us from start to finish and if anything came up with an issue he always told us no problem and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We highly recommend I-4 Kitchen.
