My name is Sonia Bassel, I live in Valrico Florida and I would like to share a very sad story with a happy ending. I will try to be brief. I was in the market for kitchen cabinets and countertops about 5 years ago. I had someone come and give me a quote. The price was excellent ($3500). I do have to say that sometimes things are too good to be true. My kitchen started falling apart about 1½ years ago due to bad quality and poor installation. The money I spent on my kitchen went literally in the garbage. I was frustrated and extremely disappointed with the company I used. I tried to contact them for a solution and they said they would come and fix the problem but I had to give them more money, almost as much as I had spent initially. I mentioned my problem to my friend and she recommended I-4 Kitchen & Bath Outlet, so I called and junior the owner came to my home and gave me a reasonable quote. I dealt with Victoria and Junior, both were very helpful and sympathetic towards my Kitchen problem. I felt like they really cared. They fixed the other companies mess and now I am very happy with my new kitchen. I have all wood cabinets and granite countertops for almost the same price I paid for particle board cabinets and Formica tops. I know now that I will have a kitchen for a long time. Thank you.
